Final Draft of your Search Criteria Needs for the right CPC will be stipulated in the HCaB Search and Referral Agreement upon your consideration of HCaB assistance.

Set in Home Meeting and Confirm HCaB Search Match Referral Business Terms
To begin the search, and upon your confirmation of final search criteria needs through HCaB help, you have to sign the HCaB Search & Referral Agreement document that states clearly all the HCaB S&R Fees, Payment, Refund Policy, Guarantee, and all other HCaB Business Terms related to the search of the right care candidate for you. The return of the signed agreement will initiate the next stage of process.

Select and Match Potential HCaB CPC
From the updated database or network of prescreened HCaB CPC candidates, HCaB Team Associate will handpick 3 qualified candidates for you. These candidates will again be set for another HCaB interview to confirm availability and suitability for your particular position or care needs.

Refer, Review and Interview HCaB CPC
After a thorough and careful checkup of all the information of the three HCaB candidate that match your search criteria needs, HCaB will send you our referral letter complete with profile packet of these candidates. We will ask you to review the packet, call and set up in home interviews. To assess candidate’s qualifications better, we recommend also to set Work Trials for the most prospective candidate. For any outcome or results from the work trials of candidates, we ask that you call HCaB to update us so we can assist you in any wants or needs prior to any decisions to be made.

Call References and Check Candidates Background
After interviews or work trials of the candidates, HCaB suggest that you call references to help you make a sound decision in making an offer of employment. Also once a decision has been made to hire the candidate, we suggest background check report that can include criminal or sex offender record check, driving records, Verification of SSN education report from an independent investigation company to confirm a sound decision.

Make an Offer and Hire Successful HCaB CPC
Employment decision is to be made by you and candidate. HCaB will help you draft the care candidate employment agreement and could refer also domestic tax experts.
